Come and join us at a Cook and Eat Club this summer!

Cooking Now and Then - for all ages

Presented by Downham Nutrition Partnership and Delicious Nutritious UK with funding from Whitefoot Assembly

The last series was a great success ~ over subscribed and with outstanding feedback. Everyone agreed that the food we prepared was delicious (as well as being healthy) and they enjoyed the lovely, friendly atmoshere. We will discuss how as individuals we evolve, so do our eating habits and recipe; what time has brought to the kitchen: ingredients, special diets.

Love Food Hate Waste workshops start 25 July
We waste a staggering amount of food in this country, due to confusion over date labels, buying too much and not using cooked or uncooked food in creative ways. It’s best to book so you don’t miss out, but if you haven’t booked you’re welcome to see if there’s space to join us on the day.
Suitable for adults and young people age 16+
